Status Report - HERO: Week of 08.16

Third Floor Hallway

Hi everyone! It's been a slow month, but we've been pushing ahead as usual. The interior of the Fukumatsu Residence has acquired quite a bit of detailing. The floors are all finished with stone tile covered by expansive, luxurious rugs. The tiles themselves have shrunk from earlier iterations to better match the scale of the space.

Conference Room

The walls of the halls have panelled pilasters with arched lintels spanning between them. Most of the ceilings are coffered with recessed flood lighting.

Second Floor Balcony

The balconies overlooking the foyer have the same railing and infill panels as the grand staircase. Up next are doors into the individual rooms. After that I'll work on finishing up ceilings and then move outside to the grounds. The contents of the rooms will be decided at a later date, to match the demands of the script.
