Status Report - HERO: Week of 12.30

Greetings travelers! We're at the end of the year, the end of Sasuga Studios' eighth year of life. That's right, we turn eight on January first! Hooray! HERO's Act 1 is almost complete. I know I've been saying that for a while. There's only one chapter to write now, the final chapter, which due to its complexity will take some time. I hope to have it done by March first, which will mean that it took eighteen months to write Act 1. That's the goal.

As noted in the previous status report, once I move into Act 2, I will begin production of art assets at the same time. A couple hours each day will be devoted to script writing, and a couple hours will go to art asset production. This dual pipeline should be more productive, and I'll be able to show things which will make it more evident that progress is being made. As usual, minor updates are posted to twitter @sasuganick and @sasugastudios a couple times a week. Keep an eye on that space.
