ABSTRACT: This report details the revisions to the
specifications noted in section 12C of PROPOSAL 32645
pending POIESIS approval for the experiment to advance
to the next stage. As per standard operating regulations,
the override request to utilize units running regular
functions has been denied. This revision alters the
processor utilization to IRREGULARS, which have been
approved for experimental processing purposes and the
transfer between INSTANCES. IRREGULARS have been defined
strictly to units whose primary function has failed, but
retain processing capabilities and have not been approved
for termination. With this final revision, the experiment
meets all criteria and falls within the boundaries for
acceptable use of resources for experimental purposes.
